  1. Awesome conversation but just to clarify, obesity guidelines are absurd. They take your height and weight as the only considerations. Im 6' 210 pounds and on the cusp of "obesity". Except I have a 32" waist. HOF football player Barry Sanders was 5'8" 210 pounds. Not an ounce of fat, yet would be labeled obese.
