  1. Sorry.....she's right. My parents generation, dad could go work a factory job and mom could stay home. They could buy a nice house and a car and handle all household responsibilities. My generation, both parents go to work full time. Some of us could afford a nice house and 2 cars and handle all household bills. My kids generation.......both parents work and can't afford a freaking thing. It's harder now. Much harder. This young lady is fine with working 40 hours a week......it's the "SHE'S STILL DEAD BROKE" part that bothers her.
