  1. Mearsheimer does not see his theories as the leading or the only in existence. He recognizes he can be wrong and in many cases even declares he would like to be wrong. His points are very consistent and, as time have proven, most of his decades old views turned out to be correct.

  2. If that is the case the Chinese will have to learn the only language the west really understand. And the Chinese, as in all realms of human activity, are learning and, again, like in all realms of human activity, will outdo their adversaries!
