@rawka_7929 Sure, after NATO marched to their borders with troops, military bases and offensive military hardware. Russia sent letters to NATO and Biden requesting negotiations to avoid having to take military action to prevent NATO reaching the Russian border in Ukraine was ignored and had to speak in the only dialect this people understand.
