It means NATO could decapitate the Russian regime at the Kremlin along with the launch codes of the Russian nuclear deterrent. Bingo, suddenly a nuclear war could have a winner and American led NATO would waste no time and obliterate Russia out of existence before the Russians could sort out the codes and launch a retaliatory attack. They would not necessarely do it but with such capabilities Americans could extract major consessions from Russia, force them do denuclearise and be turned into a subservient poodle European style.

Americans promoted a coup in 2014 and only in 2022 Russians sent a letter both to Biden and NATO asking for the relentless march toward Russian borders to stop. Russians Parked 190000 troops at the Ukrainian border in an effort to demonstrate Russia's determination to keep their borders secure and only after been arrogantly ignored on their security concerns by Biden and his NATO poodles Russians realized it was useless to try deplomacy and decided to speack in the only dialect this sort of people understand demonstrating Russian super human patience that, unfortunately for Ukraine, this above average patience did not last forever!
