Ukraine never had Nuclear Weapons let alone the capacity to use them, those were Soviet weapons on Ukrainian territory. Just like the American nukes in Germany, Germany will never own them and Americans can decide to remove them at any moment. What do this people are talking about?

Europe turned itself into a joke by putting all their hopes on a Comedian clown in Kiev!

@WilkinsMichael They had as much possession of Russian nukes as Germany and Turkey possess American nukes. As simple as that.

@WilkinsMichael Germany and Turkey also have physical possession as they are in their sovereign territory. It changes nothing. It is like a visitor's car parked in your garage. As simple as that!

@WilkinsMichael The Budapest memorandum was agreed considering Ukraine's commitment to neutrality, something Ukraine betrayed after the cue in 2014 by changing their constitution to abandon neutrality and seek NATO's membership.

@WilkinsMichael As Ukraine dishonestedly betrayed the Budapest memorandum by seeking NATO's membership no one else felt the obligation to honor it. Very normal reaction from all those nations mentioned.

@WilkinsMichael Possession? Ukraine wanted to cling to something the did not belong to them and they would never be able to use because Moscow had the secret launch codes. The return of something they could not use to the legitimate owners was the obvious option. The very same situation applies to American nukes in europe. So obvious! What is the part you still don't understand?

@elmercy4968 Ukrainian nukes? Never heard about them. Those that used to be in Ukraine returned to the only owners eons ago. As simple as that.
