  1. Nonsense! With the strong support from the Russian people president Putin can be elected without even spending money on an election campaign. If there is a thing Vladimir Putin does not need is to simulate an election. All Putin will be doing is the simulation of the consequences of the coming global thermonuclear war the west is pushing so ably to wipe us all out from the surface of this planet

  2. In practice they don't really need. Support to President Putin is so widespread it is a waste of money that could be better spent. But Russian constitution demands an election and it sure gives the necessary legitimacy fir the smartest and more competent world leader of our times.
