  4. @willhudson5625  The problem was and isn't technology, it is decision making. Russia was under activr attack from Ukrainian drones. Americans fired at a civilian plane that took off from a civilian airport and decided to fire at it just in case. There was no active combat or any kind of hostility from Iran. Many even say it was intentional!
