  1. Isn't encircling Russia with Troops, military bases and offensive military hardware as big a threat to Moscow as Soviet missiles were a threat to America? Americans did not accept such provocations and the world was on the brink of nuclear war when Kennedy accepted to remove American missiles from Turkey in exchange for having Soviet missiles removed from Cuba. The ball is on western court and the threat against Russian land must be removed or we will have a Global Thermonuclear War!
