Sure, pretty much expectable, they pretend to care about civilians but actions tell more than words... Hiroshima and Nagasaki come to mind!

@_Twink Soldiers are in a war knowing what may happen to them. Civilians are the main unintended targets for cluster munition and Americans know that but could not care less.

@_Twink That is nonsense, cluster bomblets can only detonate personeel mines but they would have to hit them... very unlikely. And they do nothing against anti tank mines. As soon as the battle ends and civilians return they become the victims, this is the outcome everywhere cluster bombs are used, that is why they are banned almost everywhere on the Planet. Americans know that but could not care less.
