When you attack someone knowing well that the response will be a lot more destructive than the attack one has to consider: 1- mental insanity 2- pure stupidity 3- lack of cognitive competence 4- disregard for his own people's lives 5- lack of proper education I must recognize that any of the 5, or even all the 5 options must be true in this case... No one can fool reality!
