Russians are just acerting the obvious and giving a chance for the less than clever to weight the gravity of the consequences they are pushing so vigorously to happen! Americans did not give this chance of a warning to Japanese civilians when they dropped two nukes on the heads of half a million perfectly innocent women and children in Hiroshima and Nagasaky, civilians who did nothing against the American people!
