By not providing weapons to Russia China will be acting on the interests of those who are determined to encircle Russia with troops, military bases and offensive mitary hardware and force Russia to become another American poodle just like the rest of Europe. That is hardly in China's interest. China must start supplying offensive weapons to Russia asap. I would have done that already!
