  1. I'd like to be grateful but I have so much anger and resentment built up because I was mistreated by my family. I grew up in an abusive, dysfunctional home and then my so called friends weren't there for me when I left my family and I feel like I've been used and unvalued for most of my life. I just don't know how to shift these feelings of resentment even though I've tried.

  2. I noticed shows and films in the old days portrayed characters in a better way before too. I know there were stereotypes and room to improve but for example Seinfeld had characters drop different races in the show and it felt appropriate but Friends had em and it seemed tokenized or forced in a way.
