This is super important. I consume so much content and now trying to implement key things: good nutrition, workout, sleep, listening to my body, meditation, and good people

What about chronic fatigue? I try to be active but it depletes me. I need a day in bed to recover.

What about edibles? I have a highly activated nervous system so edibles help me relax, release, and it seems like process trauma and certain emotions. I'm curious if others experience this.

It helps hearing from a therapist who went through it. I ve tried therapy since 2013 on and off and hasn't help much,

@rachelheyth3645 yeah very true. I also notice as I build up my self confidence or certain skills I can spot people that are using me or brining me down.

The frustration is I don't think I'd have these "maintenance" issues if I didn't experience such a dysfunctional childhood and I have to deal with all of these consequences, but it's my lot so I am working on finding out how to take care of myself.

@presentfuture7563 yeah it helps me as well. I can feel my body relax which is amazing. Most of the time it's on alert.

This can be dangerous because people can be in an unhealthy environment questioning their reality.
