Its ocurring to me that the advice that should be given to young man is: Rather than waiting to marry till you can afford it, wait to marry till you can afford a divorce. That is wait till you have the financial wherewithal to pay for a second house etc, so you are not forced to choose between a miserable marriage and homelessness, and if she senses that you can and will walk, even if you dont say it, she will treat you better

@cosmictreason2242 you CAN leave in christian marriage if she is not being faithful to her vows to not cheat, to have sex with you and have your children and do her duties as you do yours. There are some restrictions on getting re-married, per the words of christ in the Gospels. But if Jesus was commenting today on the situation he probably be talking about the hardness of the hearts of all these hoes

@marriagecausesdivorce7540 There may be reasons to get married, religious, or legal in terms of parental rights. But my advice to a man is to only get married, or expand his lifestyle unless he can afford to get divorced. Not that i am promoting divorce, but the healthiest thing for a marriage is for a woman to know that her husband has an option
