Was this the lady that ambled out of the walmart and then this young glcop dislocated he shoulder, and then later in the jail admitted to to another cop that he knew he dislocated he shoulder while she was sitting in a cell handcuffed for hours?

@writerconsidered The crime is shoplifting, not robbery, which involves violence or threats. But again, the cops letting her go, and the later deciding to track her down on the road, was wrong. Most of all wrong was how the guy knew he had dislocated he shoulder, he is on tape at the station talking about it, and yet she was let to suffer in an isolation cell with cuffs and no medical. Like he was wanting to play dumb about it, and was just leaving this confused old lady to suffer. Uncinscionable. That law is fantastic! What did the guy get in terms of sentencing?

@rof.8005 the cop that actually slammed was most definately a white man, not even an italian or nothing like that but an anglo.
