Like, i guess it should be said that there is a diff b/t not doing the fool’s errands of day or swing trading, and taking at least a little profits around the margins when things are euphoric and like a shorter term MA has rocketed away from a longer term MA. There is something to be said for easing into cash bit by bit while riding the bull wave up, which is exactly what the whales do.

There is NOTHING even in the same ballpark to BTC’s hash scale/security. And for non proof of work chains, there is NEVER enough time as you can always have someone like vitalik elect to roll back the record at his whim, or under duress.
