  1.  @rossmanngroup  Bro, its not only this, but also the orwellian situation that you cant ever truly turn your phone off for sure if you cant remove the battery. Pretty sire us gov pressured mfgs to do away w removable batt And them making a busy working person waste their time to go the the applestore or whatever. EXTREMELY disrespectful of their customers time.

  2.  @s0da72 the structural battery pack actually serves a purpose, in providing rigidity and removing weight. Also, The batt packs are useful to over 200k miles. I think gov should mandate either user* /non mfg swapable batt packs, or warranty of batt defects for at least 10yrs/100k miles to incentivise companies to add in modularity or increase quality control
