  2. Just set the heater thermostat to the comfortable temp and you will not need cold water.

  3.  @1MartinWaite  Guess I am missing your point. Water that is hot enough to bath in is surely hot enough to put your hands in to wash dishes. Many people that hand wash dishes do not use hot water.
