  1. China has to get their house fix first. So many problems within China. So many small and medium private companies have closed down or struggling. They can't get funding. There's no traditional VC (Venture Capitalist) too in China. All these so call VC need guaranteed buy-back (对赌协议) from founders which is unheard of in the international (exclude China) VC world. They behave like a financial institution but yet operating without financial institution licensing. The entrepreneur landscape in China is in a very unhealthy state. Chinese government allow this type of unprofessional and unethical practice is a cause of alarm.
