  3. Weisselburg is being accused of lieing under oath, by not giving full and complete testimony while under oath, by DA Letitia James in the NY tRump Fraud trial. Which breaks his plea agreement deal with the DA. Weisselburg is going to be in a lot of legal hot water if he did that.

And a Doctors note saying "Pleases excuse sidney from testifying today, because she is sick with her peroid and she has cramps". That isn't going to cut it. Powell is going to testify because she is trying to save SOMTHING out of the rubble and destruction of her professional and personal life. She has no choice in the matter, except to testify, to save herself and what is left of her reputation and life.

No matter how 'cushy' it seems. You DO NOT go to a Country Club Minimum Security Prision, if you are convicted of Espionage, like he is going to be. THAT is hard time in a Federal Prision. NOBODY gets 'cushy' sentences for the Betrayal of our Country and putting our National Security up for sale. People have gotten EXICUTED for less in the past.

And not some 'cushy' minimum security, white collar country club Prision, a HARD time State Prision. With lifer murderers and rapists. Carrots and the baseball bat, right between the eyes. Powell will tell the truth all right, just to save herself.
