  6. That conservative republikkkan talking point has been debunked a thousand times slick. Want the problem fixed? Remove the cap on SSI payroll deductions. BILLIONAIRES with income in the TENS of MILLIONS a year only pay a maximum of $$137 THOUSAND$$ into th SSI program per year. Problem solved.
