  3. The beginnings of CTE can do that. Anger issues can be a part of the deterioration of the brain due to CTE or early onset of dementia, he is 60 years old after all. With LOTS and LOTS of concussions and head trama, acquired over the course of his football career.

  4. A case of getting repetitive head trama for years and the accumulated concussions/ brain damage from it? I mean, just listen to him. He is what, 60ish years old? Parkinsons or early onset of dementia is just around the corner for him, poor soul. A position of power and responsibilities, is probably the last place this guy should be in.
