Out of a State population in excess of 37Million people, and a Yearly State budget of $$$110.4 Billion$$$ our homeless problems are a lot more manageable than in other poor, conservative, republikkkan, run welfare states. So to raise the State minimum wage to 15--20 dollars a hour, is doable and good for the state economy and the working man/woman of our state.
