  4. There was a summary judgement by the Judge slick, saying that due to overwhelming Evidence, he DID commit those crimes (He was GUILTY) . This is the penalty phase of the trial and the consequences of HIS actions (take RESPONSIBILITY wither you like it or not) part of the trial. Pay attention slick.
