  1. 1) Their own records said the fire started from one of the 2 trees. 2) PGE owns or leases the right of ways for their power lines, which makes them responsible for the maintenance of those right of ways. 3) If you prosecute the people for manslaughter, who make these decisions, i.e profits over lives, then let's see in which direction those decisions would go. Jail for decades or profits, well, you know how it would be decided.
