  1. Oh yea. Hunt them for the pelt bounty when I was a kid in the mountains of Colorado. Darn smart critters. Shoot at em, they fall, tumble and just lay there. Thinking you got him, sling your .22 back over your shoulder, when you got near to them, UP THEY JUMP, and run like hell-bent-for-leather to the trees, (because you missed) and would disappear into the treeline before you could get another shot off. The smart coyotes were the ones to survive and they learned how to do things like this to survive.

  2.  @darkdan3379  Yea. My 10 brothers and sisters all hunted. Dad was a WWII vet, Scottish Royal Black Dragoons, and taught us all to shoot and hunt. The boys, the girls, heck my mom even, up by Leadville Colorado, Dad was a mine engineer, Colorado School of Mines. Yup, Good times.
