  21. If it gets bad enough, people will find a way to leave, no matter how poor they are. Look at the southern migration to the USA. Even the poor in those southern states are incredibly rich compared to those immigrants and some of them are moving thousands of miles, not just dozens or even hundreds of miles. Poor reasioning and a certain lack of logic there guy.

  23. If it gets bad enough, the poor population will find a way to move. 6 MILLION poor black people moved from the south during the early 1900's thru the 1970's. It was the single largest internal migration of people in American history. It devastated the economys of the southern states when all of those poor black people left and took their labor with them. The southern economys have never fully recovered. It has happened before, it will happen again. The poor will always find a way to leave.
