Yea. Right. Here is a clue that he might be underage, like when he asks his supervisor where can I put my bicycle or what time do I get off work, so my mom can pick me up? Or says to his shift supervisor No, can't work that shift, I have mid terms tomorrow at my middle school. You know. Little things like that. Probably you weren't able to pass the drivers tests. Those are rather hard. And working fast food dosen't really pay that well eather, I hear. @somchai272 Sorry champ, but facts are facts. The shift supervisors and the shift lead man of that dead child are the ones directly responsible. The shift supervisors and production leads of that department had to know their crew and you can bet your as that they knew how young he was, both when he started and when he was ground up screaming in the machine that killed him. That temp staffing agency didn't assign that child those obiviously dangerous dutys, dimwitt. That was the shift supervisors and the shift lead man who assigned him those dangerous dutys and you can damm well bet, they knew damm good and well how young he was, when he started at 14 years old. There might be plenty of blame to go around all right, but that temp agency supplied the personal those supervisors wanted. Management assigned him his dangerious work dutys . Which got not only him killed but two other workers, at other times, in the last year or two. I hope that family sues not only the plant, but the supervisors and lead man to poverty and squalor for the rest of their miserable and misbegotten lives.

Just wait till the accident attorneys get involved with their wrongfull death suits champ. Those owners are going to pay out a LOT of hams, to pay off the wrongful death judgement on a 16 year old child.
