Which can, and does, put you in a Federal Prision for a VERRY long time, if caught. No war needed. The death penalty can be sought for treason during times of war. Not usually during Peace Time. Though if the offense is grave enough, the death penalty can be sought during Peacetime. So it all depends.

  3. What on Earth makes you think that twice impeached, orange faced traitor and convicted RAPIST, ISENT going to die in a Federal or State Prision when convicted? NOBODY walks away with a Acquittal or House Arrest (which is a desperate tRumptard wet dream) on 34 Espionage charges. NOBODY. Google the conviction rate on Espionage. NOBODY, in almost 100 YEARS has walked. 100% Perfect Conviction Rate. Minimum Sentence of 10,000 dollar fine and 20 YEARS on each Espionage Conviction. At 77 years old, all it takes is one or two Convictions for him to die in a Federal Prision.
