@ThePorkchop1787 No it didn't, you tool! Russia signed and followed Minsk Agreements, while US puppet state of Ukraine did everything to sabotage them and never stopped terrorizing Ukrainians in Donbass. Educate yourself before you look stupid again

Restoring control of the border is the last procedure on the list, Ukraine did not do anything it was supposed to do and they said they never intended to. DPR and LNR were following the agreement and OSCE confirmed that, you are misinformed about that
