  3.  @ilovecoffee7623  I hear you. They are using these titles to apply political pressure on national leaders they don't like. Portugal and Greece are "voting the right way", so they are not criticized. There is also an ethnic aspect to this, that goes back hundreds of years. Eastern European is a lesser European. Untermensch if you like. This is where equality does not apply.
