Civil servants are or should be just that ie 'servants of the people' enacting out the orders of the 'people.We of course know that 'so called elected governments' are not carrying out the orders of the people so our 'civil servants' couldnt care less.Untill or unless we vote OUT these charlatans sitting in the HOP nothing is going to change.
