Without the 'profit 'motive nothing will change and we will be having this same conversation in 10 years time(those who are still alive that is).Yes I know the cry will be 'you cant make a profit out of someones health' but there is no incentive to improve things in the NHS .Basically it exists first and foremost for those working in this organisation.Careers are made for those at the top while lower down the scale the dedicated ones who genuinely want to improve things are ignored.Its a bottomless pit.It cannot continue being the 'worlds'national health service.No one who hasnt paid into the system for at least 5 years should get free treatmentIt must be privatised wherever possible bit by bit.There needs to be a massive advertising campaign aimed at 'individual responsibilty' toward healthier lifestyle choices.Obesity being the number one target.
