How come the Japanese can make a success of 'our' motorcar industry and 'we' couldnt?Something to do with 'man management' perhaps.Something sadly lacking throughout the past 50years .Unions and poor management combined to kill off the car industry in the 1970s.Striking is so pathetic and reveals we still havent learnt anything.Perhaps the Japanese should be called in to run the NHS!
