  2.  @corvus4135  I can share that Russia struggles to upkeep their main space launch facilities, because they're in Kazakhstan, and Kazakhstan wants to confiscate. And that an overwhelmingly large part of the state budget goes to the military, so Russia needs china to pay for them. You could read the news. Even in Russian news. Why do you think Russia is so desperate to pull China and India in all the time?

  3.  @Prabakar-st5dc  The thing is, India and China don't need Russia for this. And it would be stupid of them to let Russia stay relevant. Russia knows this, so now they will suddenly "save Africa". The only thing Russia can offer is oil, gas, corruption and dictatorship. China and India will overtake them in weapons technology big time. I love that Central Asia has started to ignore Russia and deal directly with China. If you don't live near Russia, it's easy to forget that they are even more imperialist than the West.
