  2.  @tientranmanh798  Amen to that! That is exactly what Russians (and apparently Hindus) don't understand. It seems they WANT to be trapped in the past, and therefore can NEVER move forward. But it's my impression that East and South-East Asians are actually smarter people. Look for instance at how Vietnam is able to recover from problems, while others can't. And Japans progress vs India/Russia.
