@alrent2992 No, this is what happens when the world doesn't invest in safer nuclear powerplants. Too many countries are destroyed because of fight for natural resources. I feel sorry for Nigerians, etc., when their country is raped by corrupt leaders and international companies. We need more nuclear power, and locally produced power, so that countries don't need to be dependent on oppressive states.

That would certainly take a lot of the burden off the West. African/Middle Eastern immigration to my country is so frickin' high that local people can't get a job, and social services are struggling. And integration is useless, much because of religion. And we would save a LOT of money on foreign aid. Let Russia lead the way.

Funny note: People always talk about Putin as if he is Russia the Country, like the same thing. Ordinary Russians are totally ignored. Do they even count as humans with own opinions, or are they just avatars of Putin's mind, in various forms. "Putin does this, Putin does that", but in fact he is hiding behind a long table. It's Russian and Ukranian regular guys and gals who do all the dying. 😅 Same with China. The president's idea counts more than the ideas of hundreds of millions of people.

@chariezwane3981 Almost, but in USA at least the Democrats and Republicans have to agree. And within NATO at least there must be cooperation between various cultures. And people have voted forth very different governments.

@kennuschisenga5861 Yes, but normally the people's representatives have a say. Like in my country various ideas are represented in how we contribute to NATO.

Putin seems to have direct control of the battlefield, which is not healthy. The system is very top heavy.

@chariezwane3981 Probably, but at least Ukraine seems to be more diversified in their tactics. I get the impression that Putin sits behind a desk, not really caring about what anybody thinks. I don't think regular Russians want a nuclear war just because of the Special Military Operation.
