  1. Yes, we absolutely need to increase the size of the House. For one thing, if House size were increasing in proportion to population growth, it would become logistically impossible for to gerrymander to any great degree in most states. It would also greatly reduce the structural advantage that small rural states have in the electoral college, thus making it nearly impossible to win the electoral college while losing the popular vote.

  5.  @Homer4prez13  District sizes should be based on the idea that even the smallest state should have at least 3 House seats. There should never be a state with more Senators than Representatives.
