  1. Polling shows that the majority of Americans are "happy" with their current private insurance. But your example shows perfectly that the only reason they're "happy" with their insurance is that they haven't had a medical emergency yet. Once you have a medical emergency, that's when you learn how bad private for-profit insurance actually is.

  2.  @FritoPieRocks  Millions and millions of people are so clueless that they think their doctor is connected to their insurance company, and that somehow replacing that overpriced insurance plan with Medicare for All would deny them access to their doctor.

  3. He hates the idea of a wealth tax because he's rich enough that he'd actually have to pay it. That's relatively easy to understand, it's just run of the mill greed. But his insistence that a true universal health care system would somehow be bad exposes that he also has sheer contempt for the poor.
