I don't think Warren actually wants to be President, even now. But she realized after the 2016 debacle that she made a mistake by not running then. If she ran in 2016, I think she would've beaten Hillary in the primary. She had much more built-in name recognition back then than Bernie did (not true anymore, but absolutely it was true in 2016) and had become beloved by Democrats on both the left and the center for her CFPB activism. I seriously think she's the only Democrat who could've beaten Hillary in the 2016 primary. And without all the baggage Hillary has (both in terms of fake scandals ginned up for decades by Republicans and actual ties to Wall Street banksters), she would've beaten Trump in the general election as well. Hillary barely lost, so somebody who would've been more accepted by the left and driven higher turnout would've won.

Biden is significantly more conservative than Hillary.

You seem to be underestimating how many actual human beings have been harmed by Trump's presidency. Including an actual death toll in his concentration camps at the border.

I seriously doubt Warren had any interest in being Hillary's VP. If she had run against Hillary in 2016, Warren would've had a very good chance of winning. Looking back, it's a pity she didn't do that.
