  1. Trump's argument is "As President it would be legal for me have my political opponents assassinated...and then have enough Senators assassinated to prevent conviction in an impeachment. Then nobody could ever prosecute me." And he fails to grasp that in the bizarro-world where the courts actually agree to this insanity, that would mean Joe Biden, the current President, would be able to do this to Trump.
