316 seats are needed for a majority. AfD has 152. It would be mathematically possible for them to form a coalition, but the idea of any of the parties of the left joining an AfD coalition is absurd. The parties who have seats are CDU, AfD, SPD, Greens, and The Left. Meaning the only possibilities for AfD would be as CDU's junior partner (which CDU isn't going to agree to) or to be the opposition.
