@covfefe1787 How utterly delusional can you be to think that Argentina was socialist for 70 years? And people are still starving on the streets. "Stabilizing the currency" and growing the economy (for the upper class) didn't change anything for them.

@Willingtomb "Peronism" has so many contradictory left-wing and right-wing factions that it really means very little that nearly all of the previous Argentine governments were Peronist. Peron was an ideological chimera, and and thus subsequent "Peronists" could and did pick and choose whichever parts of his platform they found convenient while ignoring the parts they disagreed with.
