  1. Yes, in fact, Cenk, he DID run on that. He mentioned in all three debates that he wants to cut the corporate tax rate to 28%. That's a TOTALLY SEPARATE ISSUE from personal income taxes. Also, Obama has made it very clear every time the tax cuts have been brought up that he'll veto any bill that extends the tax cuts for the rich.
