There most certainly are not "dozens of FBI agents" investigating, and there is literally no possibility of an indictment. Also, the FBI does not have the power of indictment. Also, even in the crazy scenario of the FBI director recommending an indictment, it's very likely that would result in him not only being fired by Obama, but facing criminal charges of his own.
