I love how this clown rants about Maduro's election having been rigged, while supporting the rigged election that installed Trump into the White House.

The President of the National Assembly of Venezuela can become interim President of Venezuela if the presidency is vacant. But it's not vacant. There is a process for impeaching the President of Venezuela. If that process had been carried out and Maduro had been legally removed, then Guaido would legally become the interim President. But that hasn't happened. Unilaterally declaring the presidency to be vacant is not among the constitutional powers of the President of the National Assembly.

It's entirely possible to be legitimately elected as president, but then use shady means to increase the power of the presidency beyond what it was designed to have. There are examples of heads of state doing that sort of thing for as long as elections have existed.

Trump is certainly trying to be a dictator. For example, his declaration of a completely fake "national emergency" for the purpose of enacting a political policy even though Congress rejected it. That's a dictatorial action. Also, Maduro's election in 2018 was at least as legitimate as Trump's election in 2016.

@tauresattauresa7137 Guaido does not have the authority to unilaterally decide that the election was invalid. If Maduro is legally removed from office, then Guaido would legally become the interim President. But that hasn't happened yet. Perhaps the National Assembly should launch impeachment proceedings against Maduro. Unless of course, they don't have the votes to remove him.
