  2. Also, you continue to be wrong in your claim that killing a US citizen overseas is unconstitutional. Anwar al-Awlaki was, in fact, a valid military target, being a regional commander of al-Qaeda in Yemen. His citizenship status was irrelevant.

  3. Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15. Read it. Ayn Rand Paul is is a conspiracy kook, and there was never any claim that they could kill US citizens without trial in the absence of an attack. There has been no change in Obama's or Holder's position.
