He said that they didn't build the infrastructure that made their businesses possible. And that's absolutely undeniable.   14. Clinton didn't "move to the center" as a result of the "Republican Revolution". That would have been impossible. Clinton was already at the center before he even got elected. And the problem isn't spending, it's that Bush WASTED all that money on worthless things like tax cuts for the rich and pointless wars. Had he doubled the debt but spent the money on something that actually benefits America, it would be completely different.
